Founded in 1992, Immunolab started its operations as routine laboratory for allergy diagnostics. The name Immunolab originates from this task, applying immunological methods. Soon we started with the development, production and distribution of our own products. Both, food safety and IVD medical devices were covered from the very beginning. Products and processes were driven by quality thinking which resulted in the accredited establishment of our quality management system in 2002, followed by the accreditation of all IVD products according to the European legislation. As a demand of constant growth we moved to our own facility in 2007, which was extended considerably in 2015 and is equipped according to all modern standards. Life Diagnotics生产的PEG试剂主要包括抗体、ELISA试剂盒以及PE化蛋白。

（2）PEG ELISA试剂盒：竞争法ELISA检测PEG化蛋白(含甲氧基，或不含甲氧基)；夹心法ELISA快速检测甲氧基PEG(mPEG)和mPEG化蛋白；抗PEG IgG和IgM ELISA试剂盒用于检测小鼠、大鼠和猴血清或血浆中PEG抗体的水平。

（3）PEG化蛋白

 

此外，Life Diagnostics还提供PEG包被的微孔板和封闭缓冲液，专门设计用于免疫检测PEG或PEG化抗体。大多数商业化的ELISA试剂盒含有去垢剂如Tween-20(一种含有PEG的去垢剂)会干扰PEG的检测。Life Diagnostics公司提供的封闭缓冲液不含去垢剂和PEG, 可用于稳定包被有PEG或PEG抗体的平板。

 

Life Diagnostics除提供多种心肌标志物ELISA检测试剂盒之外，还生产多种纯化的心肌生物标志物蛋白，包括肌钙蛋白I、肌钙蛋白T、肌钙蛋白复合物、肌红蛋白和脂肪酸结合蛋白等，可提供来自不同物种包括人、小鼠、大鼠、豚鼠、兔、狗、猪、牛和猴的蛋白。
